Pratsch Organic Rosé
Found by Wine LALA at a super hip restaurant in Austin, TX in 2019, Stefan Pratch’s organic rosé paired well across the board, from the delicate amuse-bouche through to the skirt steak finale. As well, it’s great on its own if you’re just chillin’ on an outside patio in the sunshine!
The wine is made from zweigelt in Austria’s Niederösterreich region. It’s dry and delicate and has notes of strawberries and peach, and a bright and clean finish. It’s a wine that will be stocked in my personal cellar all season. It really is almost too delicious as one bottle can easily become three! Happy sipping.
