It’s after Labor Day but it’s still technically summertime. Drink up!

Let’s cut through the usual bloggy chit-chat and get right to the recipe for this bright, delicious, and refreshing elixir!

You’ll need:

• 1.5 oz Aperol

• 1 oz white wine

• 3 oz Prosecco

• Ice cubes or spheres

• Orange slices or wedges

Directions:

Fill your glass about 1/3 full of ice, add the Aperol, wine, and Prosecco (in that order). Gently stir once, and garnish with an orange wedge. 🍊 It really is that easy!

There are variations, of course, such as the addition of olives, or seltzer water instead of white wine. Play with the ratios into you find what works for you, and add garnishes/accoutrements as you see fit.
